A Fresh Chapter
Vorlage Race Club is embarking on an exciting new strategic direction for the upcoming season. We are restructuring our operations from the top down to focus heavily on a collaborative, supportive, and truly team-centric environment. Our goal is to cultivate a club culture where our coaching staff feels valued, has fun, and is given the leadership, runway, and mentorship to grow personally and professionally.
The Role
We are seeking an inspiring on-snow leader to step into the role of Alpine Director. In this evolved capacity, you will not be anchored to a single age-group cohort on weekends. Instead, you will act as a true macro-leader—the “coach of our coaches”—overseeing program coherence, mentoring our coaching roster, and driving high-level technical standards across our entire competitive and Nancy Greene programs.
If you are a high-caliber leader with deep alpine racing experience, a passion for long-term athlete development (LTAD), and a desire to build a premier coaching environment, we want to hear from you. We are entirely open-minded to creative leadership structures for the right candidate(s), including co-leadership configurations.
